Carol L. Sloan, 66, of Cocoa, FL passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015. A native of Logan, WV, Carol moved from California in 1988. Carol worked in administration with drug rehabilitation centers and rehabilitation hospitals.
She loved her animals, playing in arcades, and enjoyed listening to 70s and 80s country western music. Carol never met a stranger and was always open to meeting a new friend. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Weinburger of Cocoa; father, Homer Sloan of Cocoa; son, Clint Klassen of CA; daughters Carol Phelps (Scott) of Cocoa and Kandi Davis (Jim) of CA; brothers: Gary Sloan of Cocoa and Larry Sloan of NC; sister, Deena Sloan of Cocoa; 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the local Humane Society or ASPCA.
