Frances E. Barrow

Frances E. Barrow (AKA Pinky, Grandma Fran) born in Dayton, Ohio on February 17, 1930. One of eleven children born to Mary (Beckman) Lucus and Hayden F. Lucus, she passed away peacefully on September 7, 2024 in Titusville, Florida.

Frances worked for Orlando Utilities in Titusville and Winn-Dixie. She also provided loving daycare for many North Titusville children and grandchildren.

Frances was a member of the American Legion Post I, Eagles Area 3581 and Ladies Auxiliary VFW 4228.

Frances was preceded in death by her Beloved Husband Walter Raycroft. She is survived by her four children, Mark A. Schneble, Karen L. Schneble, Eric J. Schneble (Meriann), Lori M. Link (John) and Step Daughter Florence (Raycroft) Scott (Nick). Frances is also survived by nine Grandchildren Elizabeth, Benetta, Robert, Mary Ann, Crystal, Richie, Derek, Kristen, Nathan, twenty one Great Grandchildren, Three Great Great Grandchildren and numerous Nieces and Nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024, 12:00pm at Wylie–Baxley Funeral Home Merritt Island Florida, burial at Brevard Memorial Park will follow.

Memorial contributions in Frances’ name can be made to American Coalition for Autistic Children or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
