James R. Childress, 46, of Port St. John, Florida passed away on March 20, 2015; he was born in Louisville, Kentucky to Arnold and Carol Childress. Survivors include his wife, Pamela Childress; children, Ashley Childress, Hannah Childress, Morgan Childress and Hunter Childress; mother, Carol Childress; siblings, Ernest Lawrence (Marlene) and Amy Scarane (Larry); brother-in-law, Dennis Tharpe; nephew, Dylan Scarane; niece, Tori Tharpe. He is also predeceased by his father, Arnold “Jim” Childress and sister, Cindy Childress. A viewing will be held Friday, March 27, 2015 from 12 to 8 pm; Funeral Services will then be held Saturday, March 28, 2015, 11 am both at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Brevard Memorial Park.
