Jean Harper-Richardson

Born in Woburn, Massachusetts, Jean moved to Florida in 1973 from Saugus. For over 20 years she helped to run her husband's plumbing business.

She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and the Red Hat Society. Jean was previously a member of the Moose Lodge. She enjoyed quilting, reading and playing games.

She was preceeded in death by husbands Walter Harper in 2000, and Leon Richardson in 2012.

Jean is survived by her children: Steven (Diana) Harper of Newnan, Georgia; Lauren (Dan) Wilkin of Merritt Island; stepchildren Dan (Peggy) Richardson of Cocoa, Linda (Bill) Dunathant of Boca Raton, and Barby (Ken) McCloskey of Orlando; brother, Gordon (Mary Jane) Reblin of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; grandchildren: Sean, Amanda, Christine; step-grandchildren Wendy (Jack), Kerry (Stephen), and Emily (Jeff); and in-laws and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Grace United Methodist Church, 65 Needle Blvd, Merritt Island, Fl 32953 OR Wuesthoff Brevard Hospice, 8060 Spyglass Hill Road, Viera, Fl 32940.

Visitation will be held Sunday, April 19, 2015 from 3-4pm with a memorial service to begin at 4Pm at Grace United Methodist Church, as well as a gathering following the service.
