Florida passed away on
September 12, 2016.
She was born in Steubenville,
Ohio to William and Sarah Mulley.
Joan was a graduate of Titusville
High School and a longtime
board member of the North
Brevard Historical Society.
She is preceded in death by
her husband, Jackie Ray Harper
and daughter, Donna Harper.
Survivors include her children,
David R. Harper, Terry S. Harper,
Carol E. Wascura; eight grandchildren
and four great grandchildren.

of Joan E. Harper.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, September 16, 2016, at 11:00am at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home. 5475 N. US HWY 1, Cocoa, FL., 32927. Interment will follow at Brevard Memorial Park, Cocoa, Florida.
