Larry Dale Gold

Survived by his loving wife/best friend of 41 years, Terry Gold; son, Scott Gold (April), 4 wonderful grandchildren… Tristan, Preston, Kindle and Ember. Stepmother Floellen Gold, sister in law, Beverly Jean Barnes (BJ) and the apple of his eye, niece Teresa Barnes. Brother in law, Charlie Barcliff, nieces Casey Presnall (Joe) and Kellie Whitaker (Kent). Cousins, Kristi, Kathi, Konni, Kerri,Tony, Kelli, Stewart, Joe. Larry’s best friend of 51 years, David was his true friend.

Larry is predeceased by a huge incredibly loving family including Jimbo. Larry served valiantly in Viet Nam and was an accomplished crane operator for 30 years at the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. Was a crane operator in Miami for 17 years. Larry was an avid, advanced, and accomplished scuba diver. Oh the tales he would tell! Larry was the President of the High Point HOA for 13 years and was Secretary Treasurer of the Transport Worker’s Union. Local 525.

A graveside service will take place at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 1 pm.
