Marie Elaine Booker, age 92, passed away on November 4, 2020. She was born on December 17, 1927 in Johnson City, New York, daughter of the late Robert and Amy (Ball) Brearley. She moved to Cape Canaveral in 1966.
Marie retired from Brevard Community College where she worked as the registrar.
She was a member of Ruth Ministries at East Coast Christian Center. Marie’s passions include her love to travel and being a classical pianist.
She was preceded in death by her husband Glen Booker.
Survivors include 2 daughters Gayle Short and Marilyn Peterson; brother Robert C. (Joyce) Brearley; sisters Lois B. Jenks and Carolyn Hart; 7 grandchildren Katie Niemenn, Craig Peterson, Kristofor Peterson, Kyle Erik Peterson, Miguel Stankee, Amanda Peterson, Julian Peterson; 3 great grandchildren Morgan, Eve, and Harrison.
