She was born in Arlington, Virginia to Joseph and Ernestine Cooper. She survived by her husband of forty five years, James E. Robey Jr.; son, Jimmy E. Robey (Shawna); grandchildren, Jade and Sienna Robey; siblings, Joseph R. Cooper (Margaret) and Nicole S. McCraney.
A Celebration of Patricia's life will be held Saturday. October 1, 2016, at 12:00 Noon at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home, 5475 N. US Highway 1, Cocoa, FL. 32927. There will be a reception following the service at Patricia and James's house.
