William L. Blair, 97, of Titusville, Florida passed away on March 22, 2015, a month shy of his 98th birthday. He was born in Lonoke, Arkansas to Ed and Evie Blair. He retired as a Tech Sergeant from the United States Air Force. Survivors include his children, Dennis Blair (Val) of Harrogate, England, Lois Sales (Randy) Everett, Washington; six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Estelle Blair and daughter, Kay Pell.
