

Earmon and Mattie Cox on February 24, 1941. She was the third child of seven children. Naomi was married to the late Ralph Green from Atlanta, Georgia and from their union, there were five boys. Naomi was a loving mother and grandmother and fulltime housewife, which she shared a lot of love and a giving and cheerful spirit. One of Naomi’s proudest moments is when she became a dedicated baptized servant of Jehovah in April, 1976. Naomi also was able to welcome her husband Ralph into Jehovah’s wonderful worldwide organization in June, 1996 before he proceeded her in death. Naomi enjoyed cooking and she was a great cook. Naomi received joy from watching others enjoy her cooked meals. In addition, one of Naomi’s joys was making sure her home was always clean and presentable for those whom visited. Naomi found relaxation in listening to music from various music artists. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Ralph Green; mother, Mattie Cox; brother, Earmon Cox; sister; Virginia Ann Lockhart, sister, Juanita Harrison. Henry Jean (Naomi) Green leaves a loving family to cherish her precious memory: sons, Michael Lockhart of Opelika, Alabama, Charles Green (Linda) of Whitesburg, Georgia, Robert Green (Angela) of Winston, Georgia, Ralph Green (Angela) of Morrow Georgia, Eric Green (Nadine) of Jonesboro, Georgia. brother, James Cox of East Orange, New Jersey, sisters, Berniece Woody, of Bessemer, Alabama,
Margaret Burson of Calera, Alabama. four grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, a host of other
relatives and friends.
