Audelino Melgar Sr., 75, of Argyle, Texas, passed away on December 23, 2025. Born in El Carrizal, El Salvador, on February 20, 1950, he shared over 50 years of marriage with his loving wife, Bertila Melgar.
Audelino was a skilled tradesman with experience in construction, manufacturing, and janitorial services. However, his true passion was farming. His agricultural interests were diverse, ranging from year-round crop cultivation (beans, onions, garlic, corn, tomatoes, coffee etc.) to raising Brahman cattle and Nubian goats.
He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and his brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home 5725 Colleyville Boulevard, Colleyville, Texas, on December 30, 2025, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. Funeral service will beginning at 1:30 pm with burial to follow at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.
