Billy Eugene Morrow, born August 12, 1930, at Arlington Memorial Hospital, passed away Thursday, December 29, 2016. Graveside service: 2 p.m. Thursday, January 12 in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. He was married to Barbara Fillipp for 57 years until she passed away in October of 2014. Billy also was preceded by his son, Phillip, in 2008. Survivors: Son, Curtis Morrow and his wife, Amanda Morrow; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
