Bradley Joseph Poirier, of North Richland Hills, TX passed away Friday, January 25. He will always be remembered and treasured as a loving son, family member and loyal friend. He was born on January 4, 2001 in Dallas, TX to parents Joe and Alicia. Brad attended Richland High School but had been in Birdville schools since first grade. He participated in and “survived” as Brad would put it, Freshman marching band at Richland. Throughout all his life, he had amazing friendships. He deeply revered these friends as inspiring, loyal, genuine and trustworthy. From an early age and all his life, Brad had a passion for language, politics, history (particularly military history), nature, travel and voracious appetite for reading both fiction and non-fiction. He aspired to go to SMU and major in finance. In his application essay he shared he had written how important family was and shared how life changing his most cherished family adventures to the Galapagos Islands and Alaska were. His unique sense of humor and caring heart touched many lives in his 18 years. Brad is survived by his mother Alicia, his father Joe, and his stepfather Mike.
