Brigitte Seibert, 69, of Bedford Texas, loving mother of son, Sean Seibert, Houston, TX and daughter Kelly Hintemeyer, Euless, TX passed away June 18, 2014 in her home after battling cancer (mesothelioma). She is also survived by two grand children Jakob Hintemeyer and Zachary Hintemeyer. She was preceded in death by her Mother, Anna and her Father, Anton. Survivors include estranged husband Stan Seibert of Aston, PA; life partner Derek Pearse of Bedford, TX, sisters, Gerlinde Pieth and Marliese Schwarz of Reutlingen, Germany, and Angelika Wischneski, of Johannesburg, South Africa. Brigitte immigrated to the USA in 1962 becoming a naturalized citizen in 1972. She graduated from Tarrant County Junior College and The University of Texas Dallas with a degree in Rehabilitation Science. She was founding member of the Women’s soccer league in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and continued playing until this year. "Omi" was very active with her role as a nurturing Grandmother & she had impacted many friends who will miss her greatly. A memorial for Brigitte Seibert will be held 3:00 PM on June 28, 2014 at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, Colleyville, TX.
