Mrs. Carol Louise Emmons

Carol was born March 19, 1949, in Fort Worth, Texas to the late Clifton and Sue Pannell. She was one of five children. She married Jerry Emmons and had two daughters.

Carol was known to her family and friends as “Grammy”. She was a homemaker who devoted her life to her children, grandchildren, and great grandchild. Grammy was her children’s “#1” fan. She never missed a single dance recital, soccer, football or kickball game.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories, husband, Jerry Emmons; children, Lesia Emmons and Stacy Collins (Jim); siblings, Johnny Pannell (Nancy), Rita Parker (Gary), and Frances Morris; grandchildren Lindsay Vandecarr (Michael), Kasey Sanchez (Rueben) and Michael Collins; great granddaughter Madilynn Vandecarr along with other relatives and friends.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Eddie Pannell.

A visitation for Carol will be held Wednesday, May 24, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 Colleyville Blvd., Colleyville, Texas 76034. Her funeral will occur Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 2 p.m. at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home. Following the funeral we will have a procession to Parker Memorial Cemetery, 3900 William D Tate Ave, Grapevine, TX 76051, where we will lay Carol to rest at 3 p.m.
