Charles was born on February 1, 1939, to Brealon Windham and Viola Lee.
Charlie is survived by his wife; Pat Windham (Watauga, Texas), daughter; Stephanie Anthony (Dickinson, Texas), son; Derrick Windham (Justin, Texas), daughter; Reaka Thibodeaux (Scott, Louisiana), daughter; Kimberly Windham (Fort Worth, Texas), step-daughter; Marlo Mayon (Watauga, Texas), brother; Martin Windham (Deville, Louisiana), brother; Rodney Windham (Longview, Texas) and 12 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Friday, December 3, 2021, from 4:30 pm- 6:30 pm at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, located at 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, Texas 76034.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at 12:30 pm at Small Cemetery, located at 2360 VZ County Rd 3701, Edgewood, TX 75117.
