Charlie Anne Thompson

Charlie Anne Thompson was called home by her Heavenly Father on 7/27/14 to become an angel. She spent her final days in the arms of her loving family.

Charlie entered this world on 3/27/14 with a genetic disorder that ultimately numbered her days on earth. Her big wide open eyes captured everyone’s heart instantly. She touched the lives of so many people in her short time here and reconfirmed the meaning of faith, love and family for those in her life. She let us know it was okay to cry when we were sad, smile when we were happy but ultimately to understand that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and ultimately saves those who are crushed in spirit.

While her time on earth was brief, it was understood that heaven is not on earth and we all long for the day when we can live in freedom and joy. We lack understanding but in time God will reveal his plan as his peace will always surpass all human understanding.

Charlie is survived by her proud and loving parents Jeff and Laura Thompson; very loving brothers Max, Jagger, and Stone Thompson; fraternal grandparents Lee and Terri Thompson;

maternal grandparents Larry and Nancy Gibson; Uncle Greg and Aunt Courtney, Uncle Lee and Aunt Donna, Uncle Steven and Aunt Kassie; cousins Taylor, Case, Emma, Holt, Ashlyn and Avery Thompson; Luke, Gracie, and Ben Gibson; and Charlie’s special angel Teresa Arroniz.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday August 3rd, 2014 at:
