Cleatta Hestaline Murtaugh, age 97, of Fort Worth, Texas passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2021. Cleatta was born in Wizard Wells, TX on March 31, 1924. She graduated from Graham High School. She married Joseph J. Murtaugh on April 3, 1942.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Murtaugh; siblings, Gladys Rockwell, W. G. "Pete" Dougless, James Dougless; and cousin, Joyce Thomas.
Cleatta is survived by her daughter, Lyndia Cashion (Dick); son, Barry Murtaugh (Courtney); grandchildren, Sean Murtaugh, Chris Murtaugh (Kristie), Michael Cashion, Mark Cashion (Monique), Shea Thornfield (Pete), Liam Murtaugh (Saskia), Rory Murtaugh (Xenia), Keefe Murtaugh (Amelia); and eight great-grandchildren and many loving extended family and friends.
