

Daniel Tycoliz, 81, of Richland Hills was called to his heavenly home on May 20, 2017. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 25th at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, 7421 Glenview Dr., North Richland Hills. Interment will follow in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 24th, at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations are made in Dan and Helen’s name to St. John the Apostle Catholic Church. Daniel was born on November 24, 1935 to William Tycoliz and Eva Czewerko Smyj in New York, New York. Daniel was a devout Catholic who never missed a Sunday mass. He was also an outstanding member of the Knights of Columbus. Daniel had a passion for the outdoors, and he loved fishing, boating and camping with his family. Most of all he was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather.

Daniel is survived by son, Daniel Tycoliz; daughter, Lisa Tycoliz Fisher; son, Steven Tycoliz; granddaughters, Kalie Fisher, Magan Tycoliz and Macy Tycoliz; grandsons, Justin Tycoliz and Jonathan Fisher; brother, William Tycoliz; daughter at heart, Gina Webb and extended family and friends.
