Gail Cox Loy

Gail was born in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, where she lived for 38 years and was married to Willie Loy, for 21 years.

Gail worked at Clark County Hospital for 2 years, as an administrator assistant. In 1975, Gail went to work for International Paper Company, Timberland’s Division, in Bismarck, Arkansas. She received a bachelor’s degree, from Henderson State University, in Computer Science. From there she moved to Camden AR, with I. P. and then on to Shreveport Louisiana. Later retired from there in 1983. In 1994, she moved to Arlington TX, where she went to work for Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, as a Computer Programmer. In 1994, Gail went to work for Social Security Hearings and Appeals, in Fort Worth, TX. Later transferred to Social Security Dallas Office, as a Computer Programmer and worked there, until her retirement in 2008.

Gail lived in Euless TX with her 2 cats, after retiring until 2017. We moved her to the Conservatory in Keller, TX, for 5 years. and then to Ellery Arbor Memory Care, in Colleyville TX. There she spent her last years, with her 2 cats Tigger and Tiger.

Gail is survived by her two children and spouses, Christopher Loy (Bonnie Loy) and Kimberly Vecchio (Jon Vecchio), three grandchildren, Alexandria Loy, Nicholas Bunn (Segal Bunn), LJ Vecchio and 2 great grandchildren, Chase and Rayleigh Bunn.

Per her wishes Gail was cremated and her remains will be laid to rest at Bluebonnet Cemetery in Colleyville, TX.
