On November 15, 1926 dad was born to Hugh and Vera Buckingham Sr. He had 6 siblings Lavita, Travis, Louise, Finas, Helen, and Betty. They have all peacefully preceded him in death.
He married Edna Louise Haygood. They had 2 sons, Dennis and DeWayne.
He is survived by 3 granddaughters, Lisa Darr, Nicole Buckingham and Kami Ramos; 2 great granddaughters Madeline and Meghan Darr; 2 great grandsons Tobias and Reed Ramos. He is also survived by 2 sister in laws and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was proceeded in death by his first wife Edna on September 7, 1999. In 2001 Hugh Married his second wife, Virginia Ann Laramore.
He accepted Jesus as his Lord and savior while attending Pleasant Grove Baptist church of Colleyville.
He lived in schooled in the Colleyville/Grapevine area before going to basic training at camp Fannin and Tyler, Texas.
