James (Jim) Charles Hutton, of Hurst, Texas, passed away on June 25th, 2019 in Bedford, Texas. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, friend, and colleague to all that knew and loved him. He was born on September 4th, 1923 in Celeste, Texas to Marcus Hutton and Edna Linnie Vinson. Jim worked for Bell Helicopter for over 20 years at the Hurst plant in the electrical department. Not one to hire out work, Jim was always repairing things for himself and everyone he knew.
Jim is survived by wife Ruby Hutton, daughter Linda White, son Mike Hutton and his wife Kim, his step-daughters Susie Schooler and Vickey Ward, and Vickey's husband Rick. Jim is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and a plethora of friends and family.
A Memorial Service will be held at St Paul United Methodist Church on Friday June 28th at 10 o'clock am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St Paul United Methodist Church, 852 W Bedford- Euless Rd., Hurst, TX 76053 .
