She was preceded in death by her husband David G. Schollmeyer.
Jan had a passion for bowling and fishing. Family was her passion.
She was survived by her children son Rick & wife Tricia; daughter Joyce, son Scott & wife Tiffany, daughter Cindy & husband Paul, daughter Sharon & husband Scott; grandchildren Michael & wife Ashlee, Bonnie & husband Jimmy, Camryn, Caitlin, Brayden, Rion, Carson, Greyson; great grandchildren Sylvia, LJ, Mckynlee, Matlee & McCoy; brother Roger & wife Jeanette.
