I was a nurse for Uncle Jack. Even in his struggles, such a good man with his nice smile. Christened me Joe,(not my name, don't know why or how he did but I bought the name) and always shook my hands when I walked into work. Loved the man. Will never forget him and his strong spirit.  Me and my co-workers treasured him a lot. Am not really sad he is gone for I know Heaven is brightened by his presence and he is reunited with his loving Brother. 

Uncle Jack was the best Uncle anyone could ever have and I loved him so much!!  When I was little he took me to the convenience store just up the hill from our house in Jackson  Mississippi and let me put pennies in the gum machine until I finally got a ring.  He let me win at checkers and he never missed sending me a card on my birthday . He also let me ride on his Greyhound bus to go see my grandparents and I remember feeling very proud that MY Uncle was driving the bus ❤️.    He will definitely be missed!!

Unca Jack was so special to me.  I have so many good memories of times spent with him. He was a gentleman, a kind man, a man that could say some of the funniest things  and a man that would always be there when you needed him.  The last few years were difficult for him, but I would still see those eyes light up and that smile when we would visit him.

I am thankful he is with The Lord, daddy, granny and granddaddy again.  I loved my Unca Jack💜
