Linda Karen Sanders, age 73, of Euless, TX passed away January 20th, 2024. She was born in Dallas, TX on May 11th, 1950. Karen graduated from Bishop Lynch High School and received her Bachelor's degree from East Texas State University.
She married Ronny Sanders on August 5th, 1972. Karen worked as a teacher for both Port Arthur ISD and Irving ISD. Karen enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and anything to do with Johnny Depp.
She is survived by her loving husband, Ronny. Her children Lisa Smith, Stephen Sanders, and Sarah Sanders. She is also survived by her grandchildren Laura Smith, Austin Smith, and Stephen Patrick Sanders. She also leaves behind her siblings Charles Leo Hantz, Kyle Hantz, and Margaret Kay Costello.
Karen's funeral will take place at 3 p.m. on January 29th at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home 5725 Colleyville Blvd. Colleyville, TX 76034. Visitation will be held earlier in the day at 2 p.m.
