Marlow passed away on February 10, 2015 at the age of 79 in Sherman, Texas. He was born in Woodward, Oklahoma, June 8, 1935 to Elmer and Helen Foster. He graduated from Woodward High School in 1953. After graduation from high school, he served four years in the Army in the 553rd Field Artillery Battalion and was deployed to Darmstadt, Germany. After the Service, he worked as a postal carrier, a tool and dye maker at General Dynamics, and a Contractor-Builder for many years. He retired as a tool and dye supervisor from Vought Aircraft. Marlow was a person who was easy to like and had fun on trips with family and friends in his Army Battalion and the Red Scarf Club. He kept them all in stitches telling stories in his common-sense American Patriot manner. It was evident every day his love for America. His hobbies were fishing, hunting, and he loved to dance. He was a member of the Church of God. Marlow’s parents were both deceased, as was an infant son, Milton Wayne, and sister, Maxine Foreman. He is survived by his daughters, Amy Hollon and husband Oren, Mellony Ariail and husband Terry; grandchildren Mandy Wiseman and husband Kris, Amber Pauley and husband Lance, Jacob Ariail, and Sydney Ariail; great-grandchildren Scott Budig, Blake Wiseman, Klarissa Pauley, and Allison Pauley; brothers Gary Foster and Bruce Foster; sisters Norma White and Sonja Parsons; and many beloved nieces and nephews. He is also survived by a long- time companion, Dorthey Brown, who he said made life worth living because she loved him for just being him. Many of his friends and relatives will tell you that you missed a joy in life if you never had the opportunity to know Marlow. His kindness and caring for other people showed through in his life. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 12:30 P.M at the Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, 5725 Colleyville Blvd., Colleyville, Texas 76034.
