Mary Ann Lloyd

Mary Ann was born August 25th, 1937 in McAlester, Oklahoma to Alfred Mobley and Sally Burchfield Mobley.

She was married to Ronald Lloyd in Grand Prairie on April 15th, 1956.

Mary Ann was a very busy and loving mother. She was so kind to all and everyone loved her for that! She most especially loved spoiling the grandkids and being surrounded by her family.

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies at University of Texas at Arlington, became an ARMA Designation for Records Management, and was employed at LTV in Grand Prairie.

Mary Ann enjoyed many hobbies including, quilting, gardening, playing the piano, singing in her church choir, watching “The Sopranos”, “Survivor” and Harry Potter. She was an avid bookworm and was an excellent cook!

Mary Ann is preceded in death by her loving husband Ronald R. Lloyd, son Richard P. Lloyd, mother Sally Mobley, and grandson Brendon Bales.

She is survived by her children, Joanne Eickman, Kathy Watson and husband Kevin, Rachel Bell and husband Randy, Leah Bales and husband Vance, Gregory Lloyd and wife Amanda, grandchildren Samantha Martin and husband Andy, Stephanie Rieske and husband Travis, Justin Smith and wife Nirvana, Alex Grail and husband Chris, Brooke Fauth and husband Jeramie, Kara Watson, Jonathan Lloyd, Devin Bell, Hudson Bales and wife Victoria, Haleigh Hendrix, Cooper Bales and numerous great grandchildren.

Visitation will take place February 24th, 2024 at 1pm at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, TX 76034.
