Funeral: 3 o'clock p.m. on Monday, February 19, 2018 at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home located in Colleyville. Visitation is 2:30 P.M. to 4:30 on Sunday at the funeral home.
Mary was born March 26, 1936 to Joseph and Jessie McKimmey in St. Joe, Arkansas. She attended Texas Tech and majored in Home Economics. Mary was a stay at home mom to three children. She was married to her loving husband of 63 years, George, and was well loved by all that knew her. Mary loved the lord and was a member of Bear Creek Bible Church. She was a member of TOPS and was a KOPS of 42 years. Mary also enjoyed bowling and Bridge games.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her son Austin. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband; daughters, Julie and her husband John Teague of Greenwood, Laura and her husband Hans Luthi of Watauga; brother, Roger McKimmey and wife Priscilla of Las Vegas, NV, 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Huntington’s Disease Society of America.
