He is survived by his children, Jackie Dickerson, Sandy Mathis, Gene Williams, Mel Williams, and Wally Williams.
A visitation for Melvin will be held Sunday, August 27, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, Texas 76034. A graveside service will occur Monday, August 28, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park.
Pallbearers are Wally Williams, Darick Williams, John Mathis, Gary Parker, John Jennings, and Amy Parnian.
