Robert Gregg Morris was born June 17th, 1960 to Bernice and Emory Morris of Marshall, TX. He was the youngest of four siblings. He met the love of his life, Kelly Geary, in Marshall and they married on July 2nd, 1982. They made a life in Bedford, TX where they lived together for 30 years. Together they had 2 children and created a beautiful life together. Gregg lost his wife to cancer on March 5th, 2017.
Gregg took comfort in God, his family and his friends after the loss of his wife. He enjoyed time with his grandchildren, playing golf with friends, traveling and attending Gateway Church regularly.
Gregg returned to the arms of his Lord and Savior on August 30th, 2021. He will be remembered for his caring and generous nature. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Gregg is survived by his children, Lacey Mohler and Shawn Morris; grandchildren Kaylee Mohler, Robbie Mohler, and Finley Mohler; his father Emory Morris, who shortly followed him to Heaven on September 7th, 2021; his brother John Morris and his wife Kathy; his sister Karron Cedillo; as well as a number of nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. Gregg was preceded in death by his mother, Bernice; his brother Randal Morris; and his wife Kelly Morris.
