He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, brother and friend to all that knew and loved him.
Ron was born on June 7, 1946 in Long Beach, California before enjoying a lively childhood traveling through South and Central America with his parents. His high school years were spent in Chico, Texas. Ron served in the Air Force, working in signal intelligence. He made a career working with technology, spending many years with Digital Equipment before founding his own IT company. His lifelong passion for aviation led to countless adventures and friendships.
He is survived by his wife Paula, daughter Erin, sons Taylor and Morgan, sister Tammi, his best friend Dean, along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 12:30pm on Sunday, March 21 at J.E. Foust & Sons Funeral Home in downtown Grapevine. He will be laid to rest with his fellow servicemen in the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery on Wednesday, March 24.
