Sallie Marie Sanders

She will always be remembered as a loving mother & friend to all that knew and loved her. She was born March 6, 1923 in Mart, TX to J.M. Castleberry and Siddan Georgie Bell Prestage.

Sallie was a loving and caring person. She was always helping anyone in her neighborhood and if she couldn’t she would find someone that could. Even though we called her Aunt Marie the ones closest to her considered her a second mother and we will always love and miss her so much.

Sallie is survived by Pat Durenberger & Bill Castleberry and her Nieces Betty Weddle in Granbury, TX; Peggy Trinidad of Fort Worth, TX; Margaret Simmons of Burleson, TX; Debbie Baxter of Arlington, TX; and Nephews Charles Castleberry of Arlington, TX; Tommy Castleberry of Arlington, TX; Lewis Sanders of Yantis, TX; Bill Sanders of Vidar, TX; Greg Sanders of Lorena, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 yrs Arnett Sanders and her son Johnny Sanders also R.C. Castleberry who was like a brother to her.

Graveside Service will be held at 2 pm on Monday, Nov. 12, 2018 at will follow in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.
