Stephen John Bishop, 41, passed away Saturday, Aug. 23, 2014. Stephen had a rare medical condition and other challenges. We never thought he would get past the age of 20. He was a fighter; however, he could not fight any longer.
More than anything, Stephen loved his nephews, his dogs and his car. Those who met him never forgot him. He will be missed greatly.
Stephen was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lyle Bishop Sr. and Mary Fran Bishop; and grandfather, Duane LaPointe Sr.
Survivors: Mother, Susan Rompf and her husband, Bob; father, Lyle Bishop Jr. and wife, Georgia; brother, Matthew Bishop and wife, Julia; nephews, Ryne Bishop and Zachary Bishop; uncle, John Bishop and wife, Karen; aunt, Beth Bishop; grandmother, Catherine Emmendorfer and husband, Rich; uncle, Duane LaPointe Jr.; cousins, Parker Bishop, Tyler Bishop, Morgan Bishop, Virginia Limberg, Alyssa Limberg and Carey Limberg.
Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, August 27 at 4pm at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home. Visitation will be at 3pm, an hour prior to the service.
