Tofa was a very simple, but yet a hardworking man. He was simple in that all he needed was some beer, cigarettes, and some great music, preferably his favorite artist Bob Marley and a particular song called “Buffalo Soldier.”
He came from the tiny island of Tonga to pursue a better life and along the journey he met his wife Makalita and started a legacy that is passed on to his grandkids. He instilled in them the power of having faith in God and it was proven in that he was a devout Catholic and lived by the rosary.
At the end of the day, Tofa was able to impact thousands of lives he came across just by being the soft spoken person he was. He will be greatly missed by everyone, especially his two kids Losi and Vitolio, who were right there by his bedside as he took his last breath.
Visitation will be from 11:00am-1:00pm, Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church in North Richland Hills.
Funeral services will begin at 1:00pm and conclude with burial at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville.
