Thomas Lee Munkus, beloved father and brother, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, November 11, 2016. He was 79 years old. Memorial service: 3 p.m. Saturday, November 26, at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Chapel and Memorial Park, 5725 Colleyville Boulevard, Colleyville, 76034. Lee graduated from Will Rogers High School and Oklahoma State University. Following in his father's footsteps, he went on to work for Chicago Bridge and Iron as a civil engineer before retiring after 28 years of service. Lee was a world traveler, car enthusiast, history buff, and lifelong learner with a great sense of humor. He set foot on every continent except Antarctica, though he planned to. Lee was a dignified and loving man, who is missed dearly by his family and friends.
