Thomas J. O'Reilly, 87, passed away on August 27, 2015 surrounded by his family. Tom was born December 1, 1927 in Norwalk, CT to James and Margaret O'Reilly. He graduated from art school in Boston, MA and also received his business degree from Texas Weslyan College. He served in the US Navy during WWII. Tom retired from Bell Helicopter after serving as general supervisor in graphic arts for 37 years. Service: Celebration of Mass will be Tuesday, September 1, 2015, 10AM at St.John the Apostle Catholic Church in North Richland Hills, TX. Interment follows at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation, 6-8PM, Monday, August 31, 2015 at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home. Tom was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Martina; daughters, Tina and Kathleen; his parents, two sisters, and four brothers. Survivors: sons, Richard Ashman (Patti), Bill Ashman, Tom O'Reilly (Glenda), Dennis O'Reilly (Ray); daughters, Bernadette Ashman (Mark Rossano), Katie Whitfield (Steve); son-in-law, Powell Robinson; two brothers, Bob and Pat; 13 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren. Memorials: in lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Alzheimer's Association or American Heart Association in memory of Thomas O'Reilly.
