The family would like to thank her home health nurse Ms. Tracy & Ms. Amanda her physical therapist for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in her final days. Ms. Tracy was by every week not only caring for mom as a patient but as a family member. Tracy has been a Godsend for mom to have in her corner during her health care needs. Ms. Amanda was always a trooper with mom when it came to PT. Ms. Amanda didn’t treat mom like a patient but as one of her loved ones. Both ladies showed such care & compassion when it came to the care of mom.
