

He was born in Rosebud, Texas on September 7, 1947. His childhood instilled a lifelong passion for the love of Jesus, and he loved to speak about it with anyone who would listen.
After high school, he served in the Army during the Vietnam War. After the war he became an entrepreneur and opened his own tire shop. He then became the manager of several retail stores until retirement. During retirement he evangelized to communities of underprivileged families and oversaw missions locally for his church.
William married his first sweetheart, Wilma Ann in 1966, and they were married for 29 years until the Lord called her home. He married his second sweetheart, his surviving wife, Sandra Lee in 1998. They were married 25 years.
He leaves behind his children; Daughter, Cynthia Ann and husband Lenny Lutz; Son, Robert Alan and wife Brandi Weaver; Daughter, Debra Kay and husband Shawn Pennington; stepson, Chris and wife Marcy Seay; step daughter, Angela Seay-LaPlante and husband Travis; 17 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by Wilma Ann Weaver, his first wife, his parents Elbert and Mabel Weaver, and his brothers and sisters.
The funeral will be held at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home in Colleyville, Texas on October 31, 2023 at 10:00 am. All friends and family are welcome.
