Christopher Lee Woxen, 54, of Hernando, Mississippi, was born in Bozeman, Montana, on April 18, 1971, to Darlene Elizabeth Freeman and Lee Walter Woxen. He passed away at the Lt. Col. Luke Weathers, Jr.VA Medical Center in Memphis, Tennessee, on December 21, 2025, after a battle with cancer. His wife and loved ones were by his side.
Christopher graduated from Woodbridge High School in Irvine, California. He was a Marine veteran and was an aviation electrician while enlisted. He had been in the trucking industry for over 20 years, during which he drove for several companies, the last being Schneider in West Memphis, Arkansas, where he also served as a driver manager. He also taught truck driving at Roadmaster before joining Schneider.
Christopher is survived by his wife, Kammylynn (Sherman) Woxen. His father, Lee Woxen (Cindy); his mother, Darlene Goens; his sister, Teri St. Pierre; his children, Christie Zavala (Eric) and Brandon Woxen; and stepdaughter, Sierra Hefner. He had one grandson, Greyson, and ten nieces and nephews.
