I knew Kathy very well during the peeiod 1983 to 1992.  She was a project manager for Federal Express and I was the project Architect for several projects.   She had a great sense of humor and we has many laughs!   But she insisted that her projects - many were call centers- were completed on time and with great attention to detail.   She was a serious hard working lady and took no prisoners.   She even invited my small group of Architects out to her house for a pool party one summer.  She was generous and loved life.  We will miss her!

I worked with Kathy at FedEx as a customer and then as one of my employees.  She was a very special person in my life and in many people she worked with. 

I just found out about her death and I am greatly saddened.

I will always remember her laugh and wonderful sense of humor, with everyone she touched.

Kathy was a very wonderful woman and will always have a special place in my heart.  She was instrumental in blessing me in 1993 and I will never forgot that.  May her soul rest in peace. 

I also had the honor of working with Kathy at FedEx.   She was an early leader at that company and taught so many so much.   

Kathy gave me great opportunities when I was with the company.  She was tough as nails, and had an infectious laugh.   Both were loveable qualities Kathy possessed.

Even after I left the company, Kathy was one of the very first people to arrive at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital the terrible night in February 1996 when my 7-year-old daughter took her last breath.

Kathy was a very special lady, leader, and often tried to hide her heart of gold- but those that knew her- could always see it shining bright.

She will be missed but never forgotten. ❤️

So sorry to see this. I worked with Kathy for several years at FedEx.  There was never a dull moment with Kathy.   My sympathies to the family, I know she will be missed. 

I knew Kathy  from our days at FedEx.  She was a hard working and always willing to go above and beyond.  I am sorry to hear of her death.  I send prayers and my condolences to her family and friends.  Kathy may you RIP.

My heart, love, and prayers I extend to the Jones family in the passing of Kathy.  I was privileged to have Kathy as my Managing Director at FedEx while working for Business Logistics Services.  Kathy was always willing to listen and to provide guidance even at the busiest of times.  She was an extremely hard-working and dedicated leader.  As another former employee mentioned, she was a force to be reckoned with, but she had a heart of gold.  I will always remember her fondly and am most thankful for having known her.  May peace be with you always Kathy.

I am so sorry to hear about this and extend my sympathy and prayers to all Kathy's family.  We worked together at FedEx for many years......and I remember many of the good work days and the many after hours good times.  Kathy will be missed.   SF

I have lived in Texas for many years so it has been awhile since I have seen Kathy.  However, I have fond memories of her when we were all growing up at Fisherville Baptist Church (First Baptist Church of Fisherville) when our church was small.  Kathy was a bundle of energy, always smiling and occasionally giving her older brothers a hard time.  My prayers and sympathy to her brother Chuck (also for his recent loss of his wife, Becky) and her sister-in-law, Gloria Jones,and to all of her nieces and nephews and cousins.   

Kathy was a powerhouse!  She was my manager at the first “real job” at Federal Express ZapMail Center.  She gave as sure as she got.  Kathy showed me so much.  She was kind, loyal and treated all fair.  She gave respect, in turn expected the same.

I am thankful to have had her in my path.  Thank you Kathy.  You will be missed.  May you Rest In Peace.

I have know Kathy for years but recently while she was in Utah to attend my sister's (Becky Jones) funeral we got to share some laughs and tears while working together in the kitchen. She was there to help and support her brother, Chuck and the rest of the family as she had done several times over the years with many others.  She shared memories and she talked of her future plans. We exchanged cell numbers so we could keep in touch. I will miss her. My heart breaks for my brother-in-law and his family because their lives will not be the same with Kathy gone. Gone too soon.
