He was a devoted scholar and lifelong learner, earning a Master’s degree in International Law and dedicating his professional life to the pursuit of justice. As a lawyer, he was widely respected for his integrity, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to the rule of law. His passion for the field extended beyond practice—he authored a law book, contributing his knowledge to future generations.
Muhannad was a steadfast advocate for human rights. He generously volunteered his time and expertise with the Al-Haq Human Rights Organization in Palestine, where his work reflected his profound belief in dignity, accountability, and justice for all. He also served on the board of the YMCA in Jerusalem, further demonstrating his commitment to community service and civic responsibility.
An avid reader, writer, and student of history, Muhannad found joy in ideas, dialogue, and reflection. His intellectual curiosity and moral clarity shaped not only his career but also the way he engaged with the world and those around him.
Above all, Muhannad was a devoted husband and father. He is survived by his beloved wife, Maha Nicola Hreish Majaj, and their three children: Ramzi, Nadine, and Rami. He was a source of guidance, compassion, and strength to his family, who will carry forward his values and legacy.
