Tommy Christopher Benoit, 82, passed away on October 24, 2024. Mr. Benoit was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He retired from IBM and was a parishioner at Catholic Church of the Incarnation. He was an accomplished duck decoy carver. He served as President of the Louisiana Wild Foul Carvers and Collectors Guild. He also spent time doing woodwork and leather work, as well as gardening. He enjoyed playing stringed instruments including the banjo, violin, and guitar.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Irvin Joseph Benoit and Elaine Rita Pierce Benoit.
He is survived by his wife of sixty years, Joyce Benoit; son, Paul Benoit (Lisa); granddaughters, Allison, Courtney, Payton, Mallory and Macy and a sister, Carol Heauslet (Jerry).
