William Forrest Taylor

William Forrest Taylor, 21, of Collierville, TN, passed away Sunday, October 13, 2019. William was an avid outdoorsman and hunter. He loved his family and loved life. Though he battled several major health issues from the age of 14, William fought with strength and determination and his attitude can only be described as tenacious. He dealt with more in his 21 years of life than most deal with in a much longer period and he handled it with courage and resilience. William was preceded in death by his grandfather, Fred Burton. Survivors include his loving parents, Sherry and Tony Taylor, his sister, Alexis Taylor, grandparents, Bob and Robin Taylor, Jean Burton, and Terry Shelton, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family will receive friends Monday, October 21, 2019 from 6-8pm at Collierville Funeral Home, 534 W. Poplar Ave. Collierville, TN. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 10am at Hopewell Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Walnut, MS with burial following in Hopewell Cemetery.
