She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 51 years, Ronald L. Forys. She is survived by her siblings, Lawrence Urban and Adrienne Mitchell, many loving nieces and nephews, her best friend for over 70 years, Judi Godor, many God-children including Maureen (Chris) Aha, and dear friends.
Claire had retired from Cooper Hospital after over 25 years of service as a Registered Nurse. She loved gardening, dogs, and traveling with her husband, Ron. They loved to entertain their friends and family with dinners, or pool parties in warmer weather. Claire loved Christmas and made sure to spend quality time with her loved ones during the month of December and created years of cherished memories.
Claire and Ron loved senior golden retrievers and adopted many throughout their lives, providing many a loving home and family. Claire was a warm, kind, generous and loving woman and friend and will be missed by all who loved her. She and her husband Ron led a beautiful and adventurous life together, living it to its fullest and with a unique zest. Their love, no doubt, reunited.
Friends and family are invited to attend a Memorial Mass, Friday June 25, 2021 at Saint Teresa of Calcutta Parish; Holy Saviour Church, 50 Emerald Avenue, Haddon Township, NJ 08108, 11:00 am.
