Felicita Pola Perez

Felicita E. Pola Perez was born in Penuelas, PR on January 7, 1939, to Felix Pola and Candida Perez, and was educated in the Penuelas school district until she graduated from school. After finishing school, Felicita was employed as a supervisor at a factory for 13 years. There, she was distinguished for her seriousness and responsibility in her work.

If anyone was ever looking for Felicita, she could always be found weaving. This was her favorite past time. Felicita also loved to knit, and she enjoyed watching TV.

During the December of 1962, Felicita had met Carlos Nieves. Of this joining, resulted 5 children— two girls and 3 boys, who will miss Felicita very much.

Felicita is preceded in death by her only sister, Tomasa Pola, and her 3 brothers, Ramon Pola, Felix Pola, and Isiah Pola. Felicita is survived by her dear husband, Carlos Nieves, her loving sons, Luis A. Nieves, Migdalia Nieves, Felix Nieves, Candida R. Nieves, Carlos A. Nieves, 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

A visitation for Felicita will be held Friday, March 4, 2022 from 10:30AM to 12PM at Blake-Doyle Funeral Home, 226 W. Collings Avenue, Collingswood, NJ 08108. A celebration of life will occur Friday, March 4, 2022 from 12:PM to 1:00 PM, 226 W. Collings Avenue, Collingswood, NJ 08108.

The service will be followed by a 2PM burial at Westminister Cemetery, 701 Belmont Avenue, Bala Cynwd, PA, PA 19004.
