Peacefully, at home, surrounded by family, on Dec. 19, 2015; beloved mother of Sara A. Etsell & her husband, Bryan Mattia; adoring grandmother of Bryan, Jr.; devoted sister of David G. Caya, Mary Ann Caya, Joan F. Caya, Steve R. Caya, Lori Trasmondi, the late Barbara Cassidy & the late Richard Caya; sister-in-law of Tom Cassidy; aunt of Kelli Pilewski, Robert Levins, Gunnar Caya, John Caya & Bryan Caya.
Raised in Collingswood, and a member of Camden Catholic High School Class of ’63, Sara was awarded a Bachelor Degree in Education from Rutgers and later received a Masters’ Degree in Special Education. For the last 20 years Mrs. Etsell taught Special Needs Children at the DiMasi Middle School in Evesham Twp.
Viewing & Funeral Monday 8:30 AM in BLAKE-DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 226 W. Collings Ave., Collingswood. Funeral MASS 10:30 AM in St. John’s Church, Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish, Collingswood. Entombment at a later date in Calvary Mausoleum.
