She was born in Davenport, Iowa, on May 16, 1936, the daughter of Vivian Otto and Elizabeth (Kahl) Figge.
She graduated from Newton College of the Sacred Heart in 1958. She was married to William H. Brawley on Oct.18, 1962.
Ann enjoyed painting, photography, and helping others in need. Ann was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed immensely the successes of each child and grand child.
She was predeceased by her husband, William H. Brawley, and her brother John Kahl Figge. Ann is survived by her sister, Marie Figge Wise of Houston, Texas; her brothers James Kahl Figge, of Ketchum, Idaho, and Thomas Kahl Figge, of Denver, Colo.; her daughter, Elizabeth Brawley Williams of Colorado Springs Colo.; and sons Thomas Joseph Brawley of Hinesburg, Vt, William Damian Brawley of Hanover, NH, and John Edward Brawley, of Plymouth, Minn; She is also survived by six grandchildren: Matthew Williams, 22, John Williams, 19, Lauren Williams, 14, Katherine Williams, 9, Isabelle Brawley 16, and Graham Brawley, 11.
