She was born in Dodge City, Kansas on June 6, 1961.
She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years Paul Wicker, her mother Janet Peters and step-father Stan Peters. Two sisters Deni Stubbs and husband Stewart of Oklahoma City, Becky Rivoire and husband Steve of Fort Collins, Colorado. Several nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her in-laws, Helen Skelton of Colorado Springs, Paula and Frank Spinner of Colorado Springs, James Wicker of Colorado Springs, Pamela and Harold Reed of Ft. Collins, Peggy and John Dyer of Washington State.
She is also survived by her BFF, Nancy Cornella.
She was preceded in death by her father Merle Billings.
A celebration of life service is planned for 10:00AM, Friday, March 18, 2011 at Sunrise United Methodist Church, 2566 Briargate Boulevard, Colorado Springs, CO.
The family strongly recommends in lieu of flowers a donation to Stand Up to Cancer.
