Bill was born in Selena, California and raised in Pueblo, Colorado. He married his wife Linda Lilly on November 30, 1974.
Although he never graduated from high school due to taking care of his younger sister, Betty; as both parents had passed away at a young age. Bill lived a wonderful and full life. He spent his adult life working as an automotive body/paint technician. One of Bill’s favorite pass-times was to order out a banana split from DQ, even in the cold of winter. As many close to Bill would say that no matter where in the world he was, critters would always love him, and he loved them back! Bill was truly a man who loved animals and nature. Traveling with Linda was also one very important aspect of Bill’s life. Both Bill and Linda have seen many lakes and bodies of water across the world and have fished for some of the most exotic fish that one can hope to find in a life time.
Survived by his wife Linda, children; Bill Lilly, Terri Tyson, Susan Payton, Garry Lilly, Tracy Roseberry, and David Robinson, 19 Grand Children, 34 Great Grand Children.
