Darryl graduated from Turlock High School in 1964. He attended Modesto Junior College and graduated from San Jose State College in 1969. After college he enlisted in the Air Force and was stationed at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs from 1970 to 1974.
Darryl started an accounting and tax practice in Colorado Springs in 1985 which became Reliable Income Tax Service. He retired in 2012.
Darryl enjoyed playing softball, golfing and traveling. Darryl and his wife, Irene, were Winter Texans for the past 9 winters, traveling to South Padre Island, TX where they enjoyed walking the beach, listening to music and dancing.
Darryl was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Doris Brown. Darryl is survived by his wife of 38 years, Irene Brown; brother-in-law Neil (Marilyn) Deden, sisters-in-law Mary (Al) Eggerichs, and Donna (Robert) Roschen; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
